Tim Mozley has sat in the same chair as the owners he coaches.

After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in mechanical engineering, Tim served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, flying KC-130 transport and refueling aircraft and finishing his service as a flight instructor at Whiting Field in Pensacola. He later earned his MBA from the University of West Florida.

Owning a business was always his goal. In 2008, Tim launched his first company within a franchise system, drawn to the structure and proven processes it offered. He grew it into a full home services business spanning HVAC, plumbing, electrical and pest control. By 2016, growth had brought the familiar pains: bottlenecks, people issues and constant cash flow pressure.

That year, Tim discovered EOS® and implemented it immediately. His team embraced it, and together they built an eight-figure company with 65 employees. In 2024, Tim sold the business at an above-market multiple.

He wasn’t willing to leave EOS behind. Today, Tim coaches leadership teams to get everyone aligned on where the company is going, build the discipline and accountability to get there, and become a healthier, more cohesive team along the way. He brings particular insight to franchise owners and home services companies, and to any entrepreneur ready to build a business that runs without depending on them for everything.

Tim and his wife have been married for 20 years and have five children.
