Rick doesn’t simply teach EOS—he has lived it. He first began running a company on EOS in 2010 and has worked with the system every year since. That depth of experience gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to turn EOS concepts into lasting results.
- Trained by One of the Best in the World
Rick’s first EOS Implementer was EOS co-founder Don Tinney, widely regarded as one of the world’s most accomplished EOS coaches. Learning directly from Don gave Rick an exceptional foundation and helped shape the disciplined, real-world approach he brings to every leadership team.
- Proven at the Highest Level—as Both an Operator and an Implementer
Rick knows what it feels like to sit on both sides of the table. As an operator, he used EOS to help lead three companies through extraordinary periods of growth:
One grew from $1.5 million to $20 million in two years. Another grew from $12.5 million to $39 million in just over two years before being sold. A third grew from $2 million to $15 million in two years and was also sold.
Since becoming a third-party EOS Implementer in October 2019, Rick has accumulated more than 6,000 hours leading EOS sessions. He has also achieved Expert status—the highest level of recognition within the EOS community.
This rare combination of firsthand operating experience, extensive time in the session room, and recognition at the highest level allows Rick to challenge leadership teams with credibility, guide them with confidence, and help them gain real traction.
How Rick defines his ideal life
Outside of work, Rick is happiest spending time with his amazing wife, Christie, at their emerging farm in Simsbury, Connecticut. He cherishes every opportunity to enjoy quality time with their adult children. Around the farm, you’ll often find him planting trees, tending to the bees, building fences, and restoring their historic property, whose roots date back to 1730. Rick and Christie also share a love of traveling and experiencing the incredible world God has given us.
