- Grew up working in her family business, later became president after university, doubled sales, and expanded market share into the tri-state area
- Launched her own digital marketing firm, merged it into a full-service marketing agency, and ran that business for more than a decade before exiting

Beyond the work she has done inside her own businesses, Dawn’s passion for helping others has shown up in many ways — speaking on international stages to share her experience with business leaders and working with nonprofits committed to making a difference. Outside of work, she loves golf, traveling, and driving her race car on the track.
